FHA Head HonchoFellow Active Rainer David H. Stevens is a former President of a Mortgage Company AND a former President of Freddie Mac... AND the current FHA Commisioner..

WOW!  You want to let FHA know what you think about their new guidelines??  Have a question??  Here's your chance!

I thought it was cool last year when I could be "Friends" with FHA on Facebook (about the same time Mr. Stevens was going through the nomination process...) and I follow FHA on Twitter @HUDNEWS... and I love the new "interactive" HUD.gov site...

I just didn't realize that I could connect to FHA on such a "personal" level!

Okay - so I'm not totally naive.  I don't for a minute believe that the FHA Commissioner is actually, himself blogging...

BUT STILL, this is a guy who probably, actually KNOWS a couple of loan officers!  He worked at Long and Foster for a while, he might even know a realtor or two... maybe he KNOWS that we need some help with Investor loans to get some of these foreclosed properties off the market!

HELLO!!  MAYBE if we leave comments on his Blog Posts... he'll HEAR US!

Either way - I think it's cool, and I for one will be reading what he posts!... maybe you should too!  Click Here to subscribe!
